Pastry HW lab due 10/27
Plan for baking competition -- each group selects a yeast bread recipe and a pastry for the competition on Thursday
Bake-off Plans and Scoring Sheet
Tuesday:
Continue with competition planning and prep -- students need to complete a lab plan, market order, and name cards for their two recipes
Wednesday:
Lab -- prep two recipes for the baking competition
Thursday:
Lab -- Complete two entries for the baking competition
Judges will be here halfway through the period to evaluate entries
Friday:
